Having loitered online for long enough, making the odd 140-character comment on world affairs, I’ve decided to be brave and start a blog of my own.  Here you’ll find my emerging views on politics, economics and society as a whole.  I won’t pretend to be brilliantly informed, or even consistent if something comes along to change my mind – but I promise to be honest and I’ll even aim for interesting.
